Rules and Accreditation
Energy retailers and generators wishing to gain GreenPower accreditation are required to complete the relevant application forms. Please refer to the National GreenPower Accreditation Program rules for details on the eligibility requirements and approval conditions for GreenPower generators.

Full Funding Consultation
Quarterly Reports
The Quarterly Reports are progress reports on customer numbers and MWh of sales for each GreenPower Provider*. A summary table on page 4 provides national figures as well as a breakdown by states and territories.

The GreenPower program organises publicly available independent auditing of energy retailers’ sales and purchases to make sure retailers are investing in renewable energy on your behalf. These audits are listed here.

Marketing Guidelines
Businesses purchasing more than 10 per cent GreenPower are entitled to use the GreenPower logo in accordance with the marketing guidelines. Generators and retailers can also use the GreenPower logo, in accordance with the usage guidelines.  
Relevant Legislation
Here you will find information on the legislative requirements of using GreenPower, and how it interacts with government initiatives such as the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Scheme, National Carbon Offset Standard and the Renewable Energy Target.
