The award category was sponsored by Pacific Hydro and presented to Darebin City Council who won the "Local Government GreenPowered Champion" category at the 8th annual ECO-buys award 2010 in Melbourne. Darebin is commited to purchasing 100% GreenPower as part of their aim to become carbon neutral.
