GreenPower sales almost doubled in 2021

The 2021 annual audit shows an almost doubling in customer numbers and sales and continued interest from new energy providers in offering GreenPower.

The National GreenPower Accreditation Program Annual Compliance Audit for 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 has now been published.

The report shows high compliance from all GreenPower Providers, Products and Generators during the 2021 calendar year. The report includes customer numbers and sales figures for different jurisdictions for each GreenPower Product.

GreenPower has seen a 94% increase in sales and 84% increase in customers since 2020 with a total of 1,166,336 MWh of GreenPower sold.

In 2021, four new GreenPower Providers joined the program, taking the total to 41 Providers offering GreenPower to residents and businesses across Australia.
